Vista Ridge Nursing and Rehabilitation offers comprehensive rehabilitation services including Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapies. Our team consists of clinically licensed professionals who are dedicated specifically to our facility, so that our residents have familiarity and consistency during treatment.
Our rehab program is structured to provide rehabilitation to individuals with a wide variety of medical, orthopedic, and neurological conditions. The Rehab Team, in collaboration with the resident and family, establishes goals unique to the needs of the resident to help them achieve their maximum functional level.
Vista Ridge’s rehabilitation program features two gyms with state-of-the-art exercise and rehab equipment.
